١ -يجب ان تكون الافكار  والمواد التي يقوم العضو بوضعها ملكاً فكرياً خالصا له
٢ - لا يجب ان يضع العضو اي مواد غير ذات صلة بمجال الشبكة تحت طائلة فقدان عضويته نهائياً
٣ - في حال الاقتباس يجب وضع المصدر بشكل واضح وصريح
٤ - يجب ان يكون العضو سورياً او ذو اصول سورية حتى يتمتع بكافة  الصلاحيات الممكنة
٥ - اذا كان  العضو غير سوري يجب ان يلتزم بمجال الشبكة وان تكون مشاركاته ذات صلة
٦ - يجب على الاعضاء احترام خصوصية وحقوق بعضهم البعض وان لا يقوموا بسرقة اعمال بعضهم
او تقليدها او ان  يقوم احدهم  بانتحال شخصية الاخر
٧ - يجب ان يتحلى العضو بروح العمل الجماعي والمبادرة وحس الابداع والاخلاق

1- all the ideas and materials supplied by the member must not be legal copyrighted to anyone but him

2- member must not post any  materials irrelevant to the  network scope or else his acount will be terminated

3- in the case of quoted materials the member must post link  to the original source visible and clear

4- member must be syrian or originaly syrian to be able to have unlimited permissions

5 if the member is not syrian he must abide by the network scope and his contribution must be relevant

6- members must respect each other rights and privacy and never try to steal or copy from each other

7- members must have team work spirit and the sense of creativity also must have manners
